Job Description

We are seeking a motivated CPQ Product Owner Analyst to support the North America (NAM) CPQ platform by managing and resolving incoming defects and providing effective solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by working collaboratively with the development team, sales representatives, distributors/resellers, and other stakeholders, while documenting solutions to business challenges, managing change initiatives, and conducting data analysis through Salesforce reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Development Team

    • Partner with developers to execute solutions for identified issues.

    • Ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines, while maintaining product reliability and performance.

  • Stakeholder Support

    • Provide technical and functional support to sales representatives, distributors, finance and resellers as needed.

    • Address queries and ensure stakeholders have the necessary tools and resources to use the CPQ platform efficiently.

  • Change Management and Training

    • Conduct training sessions for partners, distributors, and resellers to help them understand new CPQ capabilities and updates.

    • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners and users, ensuring smooth adoption of platform changes.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Generate reports in Salesforce for data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas requiring improvement.

    • Prepare and present key data to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

  • Solution Documentation

    • Create detailed user story documentation for solutions provided to business problems.

    • Maintain clear, organized records to support knowledge sharing and future references.

  • Defect Management and Triage

    • Analyze and prioritize incoming defects for the NAM CPQ platform.

    • Identify root causes and propose actionable solutions to resolve issues promptly.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process or system improvements based on feedback and defect reviews.

    • Support efforts to enhance the CPQ platform’s usability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2–3 years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.

    • Exposure to CPQ platforms is highly desirable

  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, workflows, and tools.

    • Ability to generate and analyze reports in Salesforce.

    • Proficiency in analyzing data and providing actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Experience working with sales operations teams and distributors/resellers.

  • Experience in conducting training sessions and managing change initiatives.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards.

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 77000 and $ 112000
