We are seeking a proactive and strategic CPQ and CLM Administrator to optimize, maintain, and drive improvements in our DealHub CPQ and Ironclad CLM systems. In this vital role, you will ensure the efficiency of pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle management processes while supporting seamless collaboration across departments. Working closely with the Commercial Systems Team, RevOps, Legal, Accounting, and other stakeholders, you will enhance business workflows, automate key processes, and provide strategic system guidance. We are looking for an adaptable, technically adept self-starter with a passion for operational excellence.
What you'll do:
CPQ Administration:
Manage and configure DealHub CPQ to ensure precise pricing, quoting, and product catalog setup.
Collaborate with Sales to streamline quoting workflows and automate pricing operations.
Ensure robust integration between CPQ, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP platforms.
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve CPQ issues, maintaining high system availability and efficiency.
CLM Administration:
Oversee the Ironclad CLM system, optimizing contract creation, approval workflows, and e-signature processes.
Partner with Legal to design and regularly enhance contract templates and clauses for compliance and efficiency.
Manage integrations with other enterprise platforms to ensure consistent data flow and effective contract lifecycle management.
System Optimization & Support:
Conduct regular audits on both CPQ and CLM systems to resolve performance issues and uphold data integrity.
Provide user support and drive system adoption through comprehensive training and clear documentation.
Implement process automations that enhance workflow efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
What you bring:
2–4 years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ (or equivalent: Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Conga, etc.) and Ironclad CLM (or equivalent: Icertis, CPAi, etc.).
Deep understanding of sales processes, contract management, pricing models, and system integrations.
Proven capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in both CPQ and CLM environments.
Experience building and optimizing workflows and automations within CPQ and CLM systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce CPQ certification.
Experience with usage-based (consumption) contract models and pricing solutions.
Strong preference for candidates who can work until noon Eastern Standard Time at least 3 days per week (9:30 pm IST).
