Ericsson is looking for a highly driven Customer Project Manager (CPM) – Swap to lead end-to-end network swap activities and ensure successful project execution aligned with customer expectations, business objectives, and operational standards.

In this role, you will take ownership of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) and drive successful swap implementation activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. You will ensure full compliance with group directives, legal and financial requirements, as well as global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) standards. You will also play a critical role in maintaining data security, reporting accuracy, governance, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Together with your team, you will contribute to delivering value to customers while supporting Ericsson’s continued growth and operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end swap project execution including planning, implementation, governance, and delivery management
  • Guarantee alignment between contract scope and delivery execution through pre-sales CFR activities
  • Establish and maintain a solid project plan as basis for approval to execute and successful implementation
  • Drive coordination across internal teams, suppliers, field teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage swap implementation activities within approved scope, timeline, budget, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling
  • Ensure financial performance management and delivery towards target Unadjusted Margin
  • Cultivate strong customer and stakeholder relationships to maintain alignment and customer satisfaction throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards
  • Oversee project reporting, data accuracy, documentation, and operational readiness activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within project delivery
