CPLM Developer I (BTW) in GAC Mexicali


Unique Skills:

Must have:
• 1+ years coding on front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript or Typescript, Angular a plus)
• 1+ years coding on back-end technologies (Java, Kotlin, VB.NET or C#.NET)
• Great attitude, proactive
• Good analytical skills
• Responsible with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Due to business travels, a valid US Visa is required

General qualifications:
• Proven track record of working in a team environment (school projects are OK)
• 1+ years working under the SDLC is preferred
• 1+ years using an IDE (IntelliJ, Visual Studio, etc)
• Essentials on Version Control, preferably GIT
• Basic SQL
• Convey ideas and concerns clearly and effectively
• Empathetic and Results-Oriented
• Embraces change and is willing to take on challenges
• Build technical documentation for new and/or existing systems
• Proficiency with MS Office

A plus:
• Experience in an industry as intern, student program or similar
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Use of AI to optimize learning and daily tasks

Education and Experience Requirements


Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required. 2 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position PurposeResponsible for developing code in support of new application functionality or defect remediation according to design specifications. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

  1. Collaborates in the creation of new projects applying standard practices .
  2. Codes, customize & build solutions to meet business process and requirements .
  3. Creates documentation of software programs in accordance with design specifications .
  4. Works closely with business/solution architects to develop business solutions .
  5. Participates in peer code reviews .
  6. Shares knowledge as well as best practices with peers .
  7. Implements unit tests .
  8. Assists in tasks to ensure compliance with FAA regulatory requirements for management and control of all type design data.

Additional Functions:

  1. Supports application deployments .
  2. Participate in product demonstrations .
  3. Creates reports as required. by business .
  4. Collaborates for implementation of enhancements and improvement ideas. .

Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  2. 1+ years coding on front-end technologies.
  3. 1+ years coding on back-end technologies.
  4. 1+ years Experience with software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  5. Someone who embraces change and is willing to take on challenges.
  6. Ability to convey ideas and concerns clearly and effectively.
  7. Experience with Version Control.
  8. Preferably GIT.
  9. Proficiency with MS Office.
  10. Experience working with RESTful APIs is a plus.
  11. Azure DevOps is a plus.
  12. Due to business travels to HQ, a valid US Visa is required.
