职位描述
1、负责线索广告业务全流程商务拓展与落地，聚焦行业精准线索投放、广告获客、流量转化业务，对接中小微及企业客户，挖掘客户线上广告投放、精准线索采购、获客引流等核心需求。 2、基于汽车行业客户需求和海外市场特点，设计创新商业化方案，识别海外新商机，探索可规模化的增长路径。 3、协同销售、产品、研发等内部资源，推动重点客户项目落地，解决业务推进中的关键问题。 4、沉淀汽车行业商业化打法和运营方法论，推动业务从 0 到 1 建设及持续增长。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上广告销售、线索获客、互联网商务、信息流投放销售相关工作经验，熟悉线上线索广告、信息流广告、精准获客业务模式者优先。 2、有汽车行业相关经验，能够洞察客户需求，熟悉海外汽车行业、海外广告投放或本地化商业玩法者优先。 3、具备创新商业化思维、创业热情和业务突破意识，能识别新商机，在不确定环境中推动业务从 0 到 1 增长。 4、英语可作为工作语言，能接受常驻海外或长期海外出差。
