Title: Executive Recruiter, Consumer Packaged Goods

Location: Remote (PST time zone ideally)

Salary: DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Full desk recruitment processes; sourcing and identifying clients or companies that need talent, developing relationships with them, understanding their hiring needs, and finding the best candidates for the job.
  • Balancing the dual responsibilities of sales and recruitment.
  • Combination of strong sales, networking, and talent acquisition skills
  • Collaborate closely with clients and practice leads to understand their talent needs and recruitment goals.
  • Proactively source and identify qualified executive candidates through networking, referrals, and specialized recruitment tools.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.
  • Provide comprehensive candidate summaries and present qualified talent to clients, including detailed write-ups and verbal insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a strategic recruitment advisor.
  • Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring seamless communication between clients and candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, providing insights and advice on market dynamics and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
  • Additional documentation and administrative tasks as assigned to support practice operations and recruitment processes as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on CPG industries.
  • Proven track record of managing complex executive search projects from inception to successful placement.
  • Combination of strong sales, networking, and talent acquisition skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a thorough approach to recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior-level candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and tools (e.g., Crelate, HireEZ, Microsoft 365, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple executive search projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential fit for executive roles.
