About the role:

1. Purpose of the Role

The CPFR Analyst supports the execution of collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes with customers and internal stakeholders, helping improve service performance, forecast alignment and product availability.

The role provides analytical insights that support customer service objectives, OTIF performance and Joint Business Planning (JBP) commitments. Through continuous monitoring of customer demand, forecast accuracy and replenishment performance, the Analyst helps identify risks early and supports actions that improve customer experience and supply reliability.

Customers and commercial commitments are key focus areas for this role.

2. Market Context

The role operates in a Latin American environment where customer demand patterns, promotional activity and route-to-market complexity require close collaboration between customers, Commercial and Supply Chain teams.

Working alongside Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning and Customer Service teams, the Analyst supports the daily management of forecast and replenishment performance to improve customer service outcomes and ensure customer demand signals are reflected in operational planning.

3. Decision Making

Forecast performance analysis

Recommends forecast adjustments and identifies key demand risks.

Final forecast decisions remain with Demand Planning leadership.

Replenishment monitoring

Recommends actions to address availability and service risks.

Escalates risks impacting OTIF or customer commitments.

Exception management

Investigates forecast and service deviations, providing recommendations.

Escalates unresolved or recurring issues.

Customer insights

Provides recommendations based on customer demand and service trends.

4. Functional Responsibilities

  • Supports execution of CPFR processes with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitors forecast accuracy, forecast bias and customer demand performance.
  • Analyzes customer demand signals, sales trends and replenishment performance.
  • Identifies risks that could impact product availability, OTIF performance or JBP commitments.
  • Supports customer forecast review meetings and collaborative planning discussions.
  • Maintains visibility of demand and replenishment exceptions, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.
  • Provides analytical support for customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Supports actions arising from customer feedback and Advantage Survey results related to product availability and service performance.
  • Coordinates with Demand Planning, Customer Collaboration and Commercial teams to improve demand alignment.
  • Maintains CPFR reporting, dashboards and performance scorecards.

5. Key Outputs / Deliverables

  • Forecast accuracy and forecast bias reporting.
  • Customer demand and replenishment performance dashboards.
  • Supply and service risk assessments.
  • CPFR review materials and customer forecast analysis.
  • OTIF risk tracking and escalation reporting.
  • JBP planning support and customer forecast alignment analysis.
  • Service improvement recommendations based on demand and replenishment insights.

Experience and Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Customer Collaboration, Forecasting, Customer Service or Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Understanding of CPFR, forecasting and replenishment processes.
  • Understanding of customer service KPIs, including OTIF and availability metrics.
  • Experience supporting Joint Business Planning (JBP) or customer collaboration processes is desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SAP IBP, APO or similar planning systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • FMCG, beverages or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
