The Opportunity

Collaborate to drive business growth and operational excellence by leading the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) process with key retail partners. Ensure optimal product availability across fragrances and makeup categories through accurate demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering an exceptional luxury consumer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

What you'll get to do

  • Coordinate the CPFR process with key retail partners, ensuring alignment between commercial plans and supply chain execution.
  • Execute, monitor, and continuously improve demand forecasts by incorporating sell-out trends, promotional activities, product launches, and seasonality.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of out-of-stock, excess inventory, and slow-moving products, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Analyze key performance indicators including Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Coverage, and Service Levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) by ensuring inventory readiness for promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with customers to improve service performance, forecast visibility, and mutual business growth.
  • Generate business insights and recommendations through data analysis to support commercial decision-making and deliver sustainable growth.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 2 – 3 years in similar roles. Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.
  • Experience working with retailers, marketplaces, or brands
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Data Analytics tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Skills: Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, communications with internal and external clients.
  • English skills: Intermediate
