The Citigold Private Client (CPC) Client Advisor is a senior advisory role within Citi Wealth, dedicated to serving the financial needs of Singapore-domiciled Accredited Investor clients and their families. This is a role that emphasizes client centricity, requiring the Advisor to have deep client understanding and sophisticated advisory expertise.

A CPC Client Advisor operates as the central point of contact across a client's entire financial life, drawing on Citi's global wealth platform to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The role demands both the rigor of an experienced wealth advisor and the instinct of an entrepreneur — someone who sees opportunity, acts with conviction, and holds themselves to the highest standards of ethics and client service. Above all, this is a role defined by trust. We seek advisors who take ownership of their clients' financial futures and understand that long-term relationships, built on integrity and consistent delivery, are the foundation of a successful practice in Citi Wealth.

We are seeking entrepreneurial advisors with strong existing networks and a proven ability to originate high-valued Accredited Investor clients domiciled in Singapore. Client and asset acquisition is the primary business focus. Business goals are progressively laddered over the course of the first 18 months. In the early phase, advisors are expected to conduct new client prospecting, develop and execute a robust client origination pipeline and client onboarding. This structure is designed to give driven and entrepreneurial advisors the runway to build their own books while having the benefit of a transparent career progression framework as they grow into their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Client Centric Advisory: Place the client at the center of every interaction and decision, serving as their dedicated primary point of contact across all wealth management needs. Develop a thorough understanding of each client's financial life and goals through account planning. In partnership with specialists, to translate that understanding into personalized financial solutions for clients.
• Wealth Management: Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, communicate timely market insights, and remain proactively responsive to client needs at every stage of their wealth journey.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high net worth Accredited Investors client segment. Leverage existing networks and referrals to expand the client base. Organize and host client events to foster relationships, provide valuable market insights and amplify the Citi Wealth brand.
• Compliance, Risk & Controls: Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance related matters are strictly adhered to. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices. Escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or a related field, serving high net worth Accredited Investor clients
• Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and account planning principles
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Mandatory certifications as required for advising on and executing financial products
• The role is based in Singapore. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
