Job Description

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Main Accountabilities
1. Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
2. Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
3. Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
4. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
5. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.

Differentiating Criteria
- Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.
- Provide guidance to junior agents.

Are you a MATCH?

1. College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in general office practice
3. Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
