1. System & App Support

- Reconcile and validate KPI incentive reports for the Sales team across GT/MT channels.
- Support tracking and resolving issues related to program data and reporting

- Support the operation and tracking of the retailer app system.
- Respond to hotline inquiries and support the Sales team with app/system-related issues.
- Verify customer information and support account creation for the Sales team.

2. Merchandising & Display Execution
- Evaluate and score merchandising/display contest photos based on program guidelines.
- Follow up and track POSM and activation execution in GT/MT channels.

3. Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with vendors to support and resolve issues for the Sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking for the Sales team.

Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. Work in office at least 3 days per week
- Good Excel, PPT skills; basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up tasks effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration.
- Experience in Sales Support or Trade Marketing is a plus.
