Location: Momentum Health & Evidence Sport and Spine: All nine (9) locations

Employment Type: Part-Time (guaranteed 24 hours per week)
Required Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $17 to $19
