Purpose of the role
To source, attract and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles and levels across the organisation.
Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programmes that align with the bank’s business goals, including the identification potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain talent needs assessment to anticipate hiring needs and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
- Development of compelling job postings and marketing materials, execution and coordination of sourcing, screening and interviewing to assess candidates, making hiring recommendations and negotiating job offers.
- Onboarding processes for new hires, to facilitate a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Monitoring and reporting of key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and source of hire, including the identification of areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Stakeholder management of hiring managers, talent sourcing firms, and professional organisations to develop a strong talent pipeline.

To be successful as a "Coverage Analyst - AVP ", you should have experience with:
- Experience delivering data, reporting and analytical support within a complex business environment, including recurring reporting and bespoke stakeholder requests.
- Experience working with manually intensive data processes, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and manipulation before producing reporting outputs.
- Experience improving data quality, governance and controls, particularly where information is sensitive or used for senior stakeholder decision-making.
- Experience translating stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements and producing accurate, timely and accessible insights.
- Experience standardising and improving reporting processes, reducing reliance on individual knowledge, one-off analysis and manually produced packs.
- Experience identifying and supporting automation opportunities, while maintaining continuity of existing reporting services.
- Experience developing consistent, reusable and insight-led data products, rather than relying solely on reactive reporting.
- Experience working across business, data and technology stakeholders to support process improvement and the transition towards strategic platforms.
- Experience with recruitment, talent or wider Human Resources data would be highly beneficial, particularly where the data is sensitive and requires strong governance.
- Experience supporting strategic reporting tools such as Workday would be desirable, reflecting the longer-term direction for Executive Recruitment data.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or management information within a complex organisation.
- Experience managing recurring reporting deliverables while responding to bespoke stakeholder requirements.
- Strong experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and quality assurance.
- Experience applying data governance, process controls and documentation standards.
- Demonstrable ability to translate stakeholder requirements into accurate, timely and accessible reporting or analytical outputs.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex data clearly.
- Experience improving and standardising manual or person-dependent reporting processes.
- Experience identifying and supporting opportunities for automation and more insight-led reporting.
- Ability to work across business, data and technology teams to deliver service and process improvements.
- Experience handling sensitive data with appropriate accuracy, judgement and control.
- Experience working with recruitment, talent or broader Human Resources data.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Experience working with Executive Recruitment, recruitment or wider Human Resources data
- Familiarity with Workday or other strategic Human Resources data and reporting platforms.
- Experience standardising and automating manual reporting processes
- Experience developing reusable, consistent and insight-led data products
- Knowledge of self-service reporting and reducing dependency on bespoke data requests.
- Experience supporting data transformation or strategic tooling initiatives
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI-enabled insights, automated commentary or enhanced reporting
- Experience improving services that rely heavily on manual processes and individual knowledge
- Understanding of how improved data quality and process consistency can enable future automation and scalability
