The purpose of this job is….
As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping people access the health cover that's right for them. Through a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital interactions, you'll engage with prospective customers, understand their individual needs, and recommend tailored health insurance solutions. By building trust and delivering outstanding customer experiences, you'll drive new customer growth while making a positive difference to people's health and wellbeing.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity commencing on 17 November, based in Brisbane or Melbourne, with a hybrid working model that includes a minimum of two days per week in the office. To set you up for success, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program with full support and coaching.
This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled within our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For Brisbane-based employees, operating hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM during daylight savings.
This role operates on a rotating roster, so flexibility and availability to work across these hours is essential.
