Job Category: General Business, Summary of Duties: Under direct supervision of the Covenant Administration Supervisor, conduct field investigations and enforcement activities for potential violations of community development standards and deed restrictions and attempts to obtain voluntary compliance. Provide field and office support for The Woodlands Development Standards and the Covenant Administration Supervisor.

Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: One year customer service experience required. Must have technical ability to understand and interpret surveys, plans and technical specifications.
Must be MS Office proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Human Collaboration Skills: Work may require providing advice to others outside direct reporting relationships on specific problems or general policies. Contacts may require the consideration of different points of view to reach agreement. Elements of persuasion may be necessary to gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas.
