Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
of Duties:Under direct supervision, perform a variety of technical and clerical administrative duties required in the Covenant Administration Department. These duties include, but are not limited to: responding to inquiries related to covenants, reviewing property improvement applications, preparation for evening meetings, process permits and receipts, collecting fees and maintaining accurate computer records. Routinely answer questions regarding covenant enforcement and Standards requirements and attend Development Standards Committee meetings twice a month (in the evenings). Perform related work as required.

Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years of responsible fast-paced office support work performing a variety of clerical, customer service, problem solving, technical and administrative or technical duties preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
Additional Requirements: Must be able to work evening meetings as required.
Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet Software, Power Point software and Word Processing software. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as Covenants, Standards, Building Code, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, percentages, read maps, scale and building plans and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
