This position is Part-Time, working 20 hours per week.
of Duties:Under direct supervision of the Covenant Administration Supervisor, this position will provide for the consistent and accurate enforcement of The Woodlands Covenants through direct contact with the public, contractors, and committee members. Provide a high level of customer service and administrative assistance in support of the supervisor and architectural review and appeal committees.

Commercial Villages meet the First and Third Wednesdays of every Month. Attendance is as assigned.

Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software (Tyler); Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; Microsoft Office proficient. AutoCAD.
Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as Covenants, Standards, building codes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, percentages, read maps, scale and building plans and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
