About the opportunity
The Cook I is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items while supporting daily kitchen operations in accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.

What you'll get to do
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
* Independently manage assigned kitchen stations during preparation and service periods
* Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely, organized, and consistent manner
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations

Skills and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 1–2 years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
* Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations
* Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
* Ability to work independently within assigned station responsibilities
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
* Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced kitchen environment
