What You’ll Do:

- Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement and property management.
- Conduct routine property checks and maintain a visible presence in common areas.
- Assist management with enforcing community policies and regulations.

- Active or recently certified law enforcement officers ONLY (academy graduates encouraged to apply).
- Professional, community-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet residency requirements.
- Ability to remain calm, de-escalate situations, and provide a reassuring presence.
