Wilde Honda is looking for a reliable and friendly Courtesy Driver to support our service guests and help create a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they arrive. As a Courtesy Driver, you will help provide a convenient and welcoming experience for our customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Safely transport customers to and from the dealership as needed
Provide a comfortable, courteous, and stress-free ride experience
Drive cautiously, responsibly, and in accordance with all traffic laws
Treat customer vehicles and dealership property with care and respect
Keep the courtesy vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for use
Communicate clearly with service team members and customers
Assist with additional dealership support tasks as needed
A friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic
Comfortable driving throughout the day
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and vans
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team-focused approach and willingness to help where needed
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
