Now Hiring: Courtesy Clerk!

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

The Courtesy Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process by communicating with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties.

• Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
• Welcome the client, determine the nature of their visit & escort them to the appropriate area/person.
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations.
• Back up the Service Porters. Clean and wash cars as instructed.
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
• Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence ​
