Job Dut ies: This is c ourt s ervices work su per visi ng and othe rwise assisti ng cl ients who a re per sons u nder the j uris dict ion of the Di str ict Court or bei ng fur nis hed a uxiliary ser vi ces by the Di strict Court. The work i nvolves c ommunicat ion a nd interact ion with clien ts under the Court’s jur isd ict ion and with other stakeholders, assisti ng clients in unders ta ndi ng and mee ti ng r equire ments that h ave be en pl aced on th em, conducting ur inalysis and brea thalyzer s, and assi sti ng clients in ide ntif yi ng n eeds and fi ndi ng ap pr opri ate outle ts an dor specific help in mee ti ng the se needs. An inc umbent in th is cl ass mai ntai ns r ecor ds of cont act wi th clients a nd of the casel oad in general, researches and thoroughly investigates issues of concern or non-compliance, reviews legal documents and prepares documents such as warrants, journal entries and recommendation letters to the court and works cl osely with in divi duals a nd age ncies wit hin the communi ty in deve lopi ng a nd usi ng their re sourc es. Must be ab le to obtain the f oll owing ce rtificat ions wi thin one year and mai ntain a nnual cer tif icat ion therea ft er: S AS SI, LS/ CMI, WRNA and E PIC S W ork is p erf ormed i ndepen dently or in t eams u nder t he gene ral direc tion of a sen ior c ourt s er vices off icer a nd is r evie wed thr ough confe rences, report s, and eval uat ion r esults obtai ned.
