Job Duties:   This position is responsible for the case management supervision of adult probation offenders.  The chosen candidate will be required to complete risk/needs assessments, prepare case plans and affidavits to the Court, complete log notes, and appear/testify in court proceedings. 

Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree is required with preference given to degrees in a social services field.  This position requires attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills in addition to organizational and computer skills.  Ability to work both independently and with a team is required. 

Preferred Qualifications  Minimum of one year experience in the field of criminal justice is preferred, with preference given to experience relating directly to probation supervision.  LS/CMI and WRNA certification and knowledge of evidence-based practices is ideal.  Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations and multi-task is important.
