Under the direct supervision of the Justice Services Director, the Court Services Clinical Lead serves as the primary point of contact and representative for Advantage Behavioral Health with the Clarke County Treatment Courts. This position provides leadership, clinical oversight, and coordination of the Clarke Court Services Treatment Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and compliant behavioral health and care coordination services. The Clinical Lead supports team operations, represents the agency in court-related collaborations, and provides direct clinical services to clients as needed.

Qualifications
Licensure or associate licensure in the state of Georgia as an LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or Psychologist with a minimum of two years of experience working in outpatient services. Associate Licensed applicants must be within 1 year of ability to sit for licensure exam.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Full licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist with a minimum of 2 years working with Justice involved individuals and/or Justice related programs and with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Advantage Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) is a publicly-funded provider of behavioral health, developmental disability and addictive disease services for Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton counties. A Community Service Board (CSB) is the governing body for Advantage Behavioral Health Systems and is comprised of members from the counties we serve.
