
Hennepin County District Court invites qualified applicants for a Court Operations Associate position assigned to the Civil Division-Housing Court. Housing Court is a specialty court involving landlord-tenant disputes, such as evictions.
Court Operations Associates work individually and in teams using independent judgment along with available resources to perform a variety of administrative assignments that require dedication to providing excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and technological skills to match our fast-paced, high-volume, electronic environment.
This AFSCME-represented position is classified as Court Operations Associate. Housing Court is located on the third floor of the Hennepin County Government Center at 300 South 6th Street, C-300, Minneapolis, MN 55487. Core business hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, but hours may vary depending on business needs. Staff in this position work primarily onsite. Training is onsite. Limited remote work opportunities are available to trained staff, depending on business needs. A reliable internet connection will be required if working remotely.

The expected starting salary for external candidates is at least $23.50 per hour or higher, depending on qualifications. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for State of Minnesota employee benefits.
