• You lead and develop the team – Manage daily workload distribution, prioritize VIP and rush assignments, provide ongoing coaching, and drive accountability through performance management and knowledge-sharing.
• You own quality and compliance – Conduct audits across case files, data entry, eFiling submissions, and court services work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to operational standards.
• You lead escalations and communication – Serve as the primary liaison between the Court Team and internal stakeholders, resolving complex client issues and filing escalations with professionalism and accountability.
• You use data to drive performance – Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and SLA compliance, identify trends and bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• You build scalable processes and resources – Create and maintain SOPs, jurisdictional references, and training materials while continuously improving workflows to support growth and efficiency.
• You help build the future team – Lead onboarding for new Court Team members and law firms, contribute to hiring decisions, and ensure a strong foundation for long-term success.

You’ll crush this role if you are currently a Senior eFiling Specialist at Steno or have 3+ years of supervisory experience in legal filing or attorney services. You bring deep knowledge of California Superior Court rules across multiple counties, experience leading teams and driving accountability, and fluency with multi-portal eFiling systems, including LegalConnect, Green Filing, and InfoTrack. You’ve supported audits or quality control in legal operations, are comfortable with tools like Zendesk and Slack, and consistently lead with accountability, strong communication, and a focus on developing others in fast-paced environments. This role will require you to work PST hours, covering the day shift or the evening.
