The Courses & Events Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end operational coordination of education courses and events within the new DePuy Synthes organization. The role ensures that education activities are planned and executed with speed, clarity, compliance and strong stakeholder alignment.
This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with ownership for timelines, approvals, contracts, logistics, evidence collection and payment closure. The coordinator is expected to identify bottlenecks early, escalate clearly when decisions are needed, and follow through until actions are completed. This role is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
This role will be part of the new DePuy Synthes organization. In this environment, speed, ownership and clear accountability are critical to how we operate. The Courses & Events Coordinator is expected to take responsibility for moving processes forward, proactively resolving or escalating bottlenecks, and ensuring timely, compliant execution of education activities in close collaboration with local and EMEA stakeholders.
The role is expected to actively contribute to a culture of speed, clarity and accountability by making processes easier to navigate and by ensuring that open actions are clearly owned and followed through.
