
Part-Time Course Registrar — Support the US Space Force | Peterson AFB, Colorado
Join a mission that matters. We’re seeking a dedicated Part-Time Course Registrar to support the United States Space Force at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado. This is your chance to contribute to one of the nation’s most forward‑leaning defense organizations working a part time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
**This position is part of a prospective contract and is contingent upon final award notification. Award expected August 2026.
What You’ll Do
As a Course Registrar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless course operations and student support. You’ll partner closely with the Site Lead and Space Force personnel to keep training running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Course Administration — Maintain and update student rosters, prepare graduation certificates, and ensure accurate course documentation.
Welcome Letter Coordination — Draft and submit welcome letters to incoming students.
Access Verification — Review and validate visitor access requests.
Badging & Physical Access — Assist with base badging and physical access procedures.
Meeting Support — Help coordinate and facilitate meetings for course and mission support.
What You’ll Need
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
6+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have
Prior instructor experience — especially within military or technical training environments.

Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
