The Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education is inviting applications to teach a course in Fall 2026. Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. Applications will be ranked according to the collective agreement between McGill University and the MCLIU. Preference will be given to the qualified applicant with the most priority points.
Course Description
This course will examine the role of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and water in a balanced diet. Students will be introduced to the effects of nutrition on exercise, sport performance and wellness. The validity of claims concerning nutrient supplements will be studied.
This course is Team (co-teach) taught and is not offered online.

Expertise and Education in Human Nutrition.
PhD or Doctoral student preferred
