WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As a Course Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of SimCorp's global training programs. You will coordinate course operations, manage learning systems, support instructors and participants, and ensure a seamless learning experience from enrollment to completion.

You will be part of the global Education Services organization, helping learners, instructors, and stakeholders engage effectively with our training offerings while continuously improving operational excellence and learner satisfaction.

This position is offered as a fixed-term, 1-year contract covering a maternity leave Although we cannot guarantee continued employment after the contract ends, we actively encourage talented colleagues to explore opportunities across SimCorp

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of global training programs and courses.

  • Oversee course scheduling, setup, and delivery, ensuring readiness across stakeholders, systems, and resources.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, participants, and external vendors, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

  • Administer and support the Learning Management System (Docebo), including enrollments, communications, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Manage training environments and course-related logistics.

  • Monitor course performance, analyze learner data, and provide insights to stakeholders.

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and learner satisfaction.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Experience in course coordination, project coordination, PMO, training operations, learning administration, or similar operational roles.

  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with LMS platforms, preferably Docebo

  • A proactive, service-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience coordinating virtual and instructor-led learning programs.

  • Knowledge of learning technologies and digital learning platforms.

  • Experience working with external vendors or service providers.

  • Experience supporting software training environments or system administration activities.
