Key Responsibilities: Coordinate language courses, schedules, group formations, and instructor allocations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong student relationships. Monitor attendance, manage student feedback, and resolve course-related concerns. Support student retention, course progression, and monthly sales and retention targets. Maintain accurate student records and course updates in ZOHO. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role. Excellent English communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail. A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
