The Department of Bioengineering is hiring undergraduate student course assistants to support the Introduction to Bioengineering course for fall 2026 term.

Course Title and Course Number:
BIEN 200 Introduction to Bioengineering


Estimated Number of Positions:
3


Total Hours of Work per Term:
60 hours each

Main tasks:

  • Proof-reading content of BIEN 200 and participate in related research
  • Assist in content classification trees, and indexing articles
  • Linking article topics to the existing Bioengineering undergraduate curriculum
  • Assist in research related to website design and maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Currently registered in an undergrad program at McGill
  • Have taken BIEN 200
  • Experience with the Hyperbook editing is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience with creative writing and proof-reading

Expected start date: Aug 31 2026

Expected end date: Dec 19 2026

Total hours: 60 hours
