Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated individual who can think outside the square, inspire learners and hit student recruitment targets. This is a sales role both over the phone sales and face to face. You will work closely with learners, youth, external agencies – Marae’s, Iwi, Schools, government agencies and Communities across the Bay of Plenty region to enrol students to our programmes at NZSE.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with the external agencies and community ie high schools and private education partners, Marae, MSD, Bluelight and other youth communities to attract learners
Achieve and document enrolment targets
Work through the inbound CRM (Zoho) leads daily – phone, walk-ins and email
Advise and place qualified learners into our programmes
Run open day sessions and/or presentations to promote NZSE College programmes
Provide feedback to the Head of Schools and other internal teams
Provide pastoral care support to all our learners
Take part in industry expos and events
Travel nationally when required
