Job Description

Job Deskripsi:

  • Memahami dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja klien, terutama di sektor logistik (kurir, helper, warehouse staff, dsb).
  • Melakukan sourcing kandidat aktif melalui berbagai kanal, baik online maupun langsung di lapangan.
  • Menyaring CV, melakukan interview awal dan seleksi administrasi calon pekerja.
  • Mengatur jadwal dan memastikan kandidat hadir dalam proses seleksi lanjutan maupun penempatan.
  • Menjaga pipeline kandidat aktif agar target pemenuhan harian/pekanan dapat tercapai.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim operasional dan klien untuk memastikan pemenuhan berjalan sesuai target.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai recruiter, lebih disukai di bidang outsourcing/logistik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target pemenuhan cepat dan volume besar.
  • Komunikatif, tegas, dan bisa bekerja secara mandiri di lapangan.
  • Paham tools rekrutmen digital (Jobstreet, Indeed, WA Blast, dll) serta mampu mencari kandidat di komunitas lokal.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan siap mobile di area Bandung dan sekitarnya.
  • Siap bekerja dengan waktu yang fleksibel (termasuk weekend jika diperlukan).
