Your Task: 

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
• To be able to communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs changes and uses initiative to meet customer need
• Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
• Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
• Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle

What you bring? 

• 1–3+ years’ experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction codes depending on vehicle typemotorcycle, van, or truck)
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation
• Basic knowledge of customer service and handling client interactions professionally
