Courier: (01 Position); Location: Vientiane

Work location: Vientiane Capital

Nature & Scope of the Job:

· Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

· Sort and process inbound shipments.

· Conduct physical inspection of shipments to ensure compliance with DHL standards.

· Perform Mission Perfect Shipment (MPS) checks prior to outbound processing.

· Support outbound operations as required.

· Estimate shipment weight and dimensions and assist with packing for heavy-weight outbound shipments.

· Deliver invoices and other related documents to customers.

· Support collection activities when required.

· Coordinate with the airport for collection of inbound shipments and handover of outbound shipments as needed.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Requirements:

· Male or Female

· Valid driving license (class ABC is required)

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· College diploma or higher preferred.

· Previous experience in courier, logistics, transportation, delivery, or customer service-related industries is an advantage.

· Good communication skills in Lao; basic English communication skills preferred.

· Physically fit and able to handle operational and outdoor work activities.

· Proactive, reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

· Willing to work flexible hours and support operational requirements when needed.
