PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
Under direction of the Operations Officer, performs various necessary to transport items and correspondence between Branches, Operation Centers, Post Offices and customers locations. As a member of our courier staff, ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives, as well meet all department's daily deadlines.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING
Communication with Supervisor when problems/issues arise is a must.
Delays can affect deadlines and it needs to be reported to the Supervisor.
