SUMMARY
Performs courier service of various interoffice items for branches on a daily basis, sorts the bank’s PO Box mail, maintains & cleans both courier vehicles, maintains the Central Storage Facility of bank records, and handles any special courier duties.
WORK HOURS:
This position will be required to work Thursday and Friday from 7am-2pm, or until the route has been completed.

- Performs courier service of various interoffice items for branches on a daily basis.  Operates bank vehicle between origination point and various branches.
- Ensures the bank vehicles are kept clean both inside and outside.
- Ensures that vehicle is in proper working order, reporting any mechanical or other vehicular problems to Deposit Operations Manager.
- Maintains the Central Storage Facility of bank records.
- Sorts the bank’s PO Box mail in a correct and timely manner.
- Performs weekly tag agency deliveries from Loan Operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a positive and professional manner.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to operate bank vehicle safely and effectively.  Must have proof of good driving record.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and sort items to be picked up and delivered.
- Basic computer skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous courier experience preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items, up to 75 lbs.
- Involves a great deal of driving.
