Responsible for providing reliable courier services across hospital departments, clinics, and partner facilities by picking up and delivering medical supplies, medications, laboratory specimens, documents, and other secure materials in accordance with safety and chain-of-custody protocols. Operates a company vehicle safely while ensuring timely, professional service and adherence to all traffic and organizational policies. Supports efficient daily operations by coordinating deliveries, transporting secured items such as locked money bags, and assisting other support service departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
§ Complete scheduled and on-demand rounds to hospital departments, clinics, partner facilities, and other healthcare offices in a timely and professional manner.
§ Pick up and deliver medical supplies, mail, medications, laboratory specimens, etc. while following all handling, safety, and chain-of-custody requirements.
§ Transport locked money bags from clinics to the hospital in accordance with organizational protocols.
§ Deliver packages, documents, and legal materials to attorney offices or external partners as requested.
§ Safely operate a company vehicle, consistently complying with traffic laws, hospital policies, and courier safety procedures.
§ Assist other support services departments, as needed, to help maintain efficient operations.
