Job Description

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Country Support to liaise with the Country Leader in Spain and ensure the smooth execution of administrative, commercial, and legal coordination activities.

This role combines strong administrative rigor with dynamic business support. You will act as a key partner to the Country Leader, managing critical operational processes while supporting legal and governance-related activities across different legal entities in Spain. The position offers broad exposure to the business, frequent interaction with cross‑functional teams, and a unique opportunity to gain insight into how a country organization operates end‑to‑end.

Due to the nature of the role, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Commercial Support

  • Manage purchase orders, SAP inputs (PR2 / S4 / Ariba), vendor creation, and supplier invoice processing.
  • Maintain sales tracking files and prepare commercial and operational reports.
  • Coordinate activities related to Logalty (electronic signature and certified digital communications platform) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Organize internal and external meetings and support day to day country operations.

Legal & Governance Support

  • Support legal and corporate administration, including coordination with external law firms.
  • Prepare, organize, and track documentation requiring Country Leader review and signature.
  • Assist with contracts and interactions with public administration entities.
  • Manage documentation across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy, structure, and confidentiality.

Location

  • Sevilla (primary office). Candidates based in other locations in Spain will also be considered, but some travel will be expected – specific arrangement to be discussed.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or executive support roles, ideally in a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Strong ability to work with ERP systems and management tools (SAP PR2 / S4 / Ariba, Excel).
  • Highly organized and analytical, with a strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to interact across levels and functions.
  • Business‑level proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
