034055 Country Sales Manager Vietnam (Open)

We are seeking a hands-on sales professional, who will support our commercial activities in Vietnam. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a resilient operator who can personally close complex deals while building and managing a lean sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the country’s sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue/profit targets.

  • Monitor industry and market trends toidentifyand penetrate new or underserved segments driving business growth.

  • Set territory plans and account strategies; review and approve opportunity plans for top pursuits.

  • Inspect pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and pricing decisions; intervene to improve outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve escalationsand deliver differentiated service.

  • Oversee contract approvals, pricing guardrails, and compliancewith governance policies.

  • Collaboratewith Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity and service levels with demand.

  • Reportperformance and insights to Sales Leadership; propose actions to close gaps.

  • Coordinate a Sales Representativesto achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets and coach themon value selling, competitive positioning, and negotiation best practices.

  • Manage talent processesincluding hiring, performance reviews, and development planning.

Education and Experience:

  • Proventrack recordof successfully managing high-scale sales activities in Vietnam, preferably in the Chemical,Packaging orpartnering industries

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems for pipelining,forecastingand accountmanagement

  • Ability to translate numerical data into Business Insight and creating action plans based on them

  • Insight or Experience inNewBusiness Development activities in the regionisconsidered a strongadvantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant skills

  • Good command of the English language (Chinese is also an advantage)

  • Willingness to conduct regular customer visits (openness to limited international travel mostly within APAC)

  • Exceptional communication skills to aid business negotiations and a strong commercial acumen withdemonstratedpricing capability

  • Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality).

  • Organized, disciplined operating cadence; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Coaching and talent development potential, openness to lead and manage a small team
