Job Role
The Country Sales Manager will serve as the commercial leader responsible for driving market expansion and strategic business growth across Indonesia's logistics automation and intelligent warehouse sectors. This role combines high-level business development, enterprise sales management, and strategic partnership expansion responsibilities within a fast-growing multinational robotics environment.
The successful candidate will lead customer acquisition initiatives, manage enterprise-level commercial relationships, and expand the company's footprint across warehouse automation, intelligent sorting systems, and smart manufacturing ecosystems. Acting as a hunter-style commercial leader, the role requires strong exposure to industrial B2B sales environments, strategic account development, and technical solution-based selling.
The position also involves close collaboration with regional leadership teams, overseas channel partners, and technical stakeholders to support long-term market expansion and localized commercial strategy execution across Indonesia.
