Country Sales Manager - Benelux

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Country Sales Manager to lead our sales organisation and drive profitable growth in the Benelux market.

About the Role

As Country Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the sales performance and profitability in the Benelux region. You will lead, coach, and develop the local sales team while ensuring the successful execution of our commercial strategy and business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships both internally and externally.

The role reports to Regional Sales Director Benelux/UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability within the Benelux region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through regular follow-up, training, and joint customer activities.
• Define individual KPIs and development plans for team members.
• Implement the company’s sales strategy, business plan, and core values.
• Develop and execute annual customer and marketing plans.
• Monitor and report sales performance and forecast accuracy.
• Gather and share market intelligence to support business development and product innovation.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent Ejendals at customer meetings and industry events.
• Negotiate country agreements within assigned authority.

Your Profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry and international business environment.
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing people.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Structured, analytical, and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English.
