Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring high omnichannel product availability by optimising replenishment processes, operational forecasting, and order management, while proactively managing supply disruptions and contributing to supply constraint planning.
  • Driving excellence in inventory management, focusing on stock accuracy, optimal stock structure, and efficient capacity utilisation.
  • Overseeing comprehensive range management, ensuring the agreed product assortment is available to customers across all touchpoints through meticulous administration and maintenance (new, seasonal, running, and discontinued articles).
  • Analysing and identifies commercial opportunities and constraints related to inventory and supply, supporting global and country initiatives with critical availability information, in-delivery planning, and follow-up.
  • Driving continuous development and innovation within inventory and supply chain practices, collaborating effectively with country key partners and INGKA Group functions.

You take ownership, navigate complexity with confidence, and proactively minimise risks to ensure customers can access the products they want, when they need them. Building strong partnerships across supply chain, commercial, and operational teams, you influence decisions and drive outcomes that enhance the customer experience and deliver business performance.

To be considered for this role you will have:
