
Job Purpose
· Driving strategic roadmap of Neobiz · Manage new product, proposition & campaign roll outs · Execute agreed pricing strategies · Ensure adherence to risk & governance frameworks · Conduct portfolio analysis to proactively identify and pre-empt issues, optimize revenue opportunities
Contribute to the development of value proposition and customer acquiring strategy · Bring together on shelf liability and financing product menu to offer best in class solution to the client · Contribute to budgeting, balance sheet & revenue objectives and priorities · Execute market research as necessary (e.g. competitors, trends by sub-segment, market share analysis, Demographics, etc.) · Execute commercial initiatives to meet financial, operational & CX goals · Identify new opportunities for creating bundled packages across retail customer segments. 1. Project Management 2. Commercial viability assessment of new products 3. Development of proposition 4. Preparation of training and sales support materials 5. Comms & roll out activities · Manage existing products/propositions including changes/adaptations (e.g. pricing, conditions, distribution, discontinuation)
14+ years of related banking/finance experience, preferably in product management roles. · Strong understanding of market & revenue drivers across product life cycle stages. · High level of analytical skills · Ability to work independently · Familiarity with bank’s operations, sales & support environments · Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills · Familiarity with digital banking & business tools such as Power BI would be an advantage
