About the Role
The Country Manager – Thailand & Vietnam will lead the commercial growth, market expansion, and operational development of both markets, with full responsibility for building regional presence, strengthening existing team structures, and scaling the business significantly. This role is suited to a commercially driven leader with strong experience in brokerage, fintech, or financial services who can grow revenue, lead teams, build partnerships, and deliver market-specific strategies across Thailand and Vietnam. The position will play a critical role in expanding local market share, improving team performance, and growing the regional setup to 5x its current scale.
