Compensation: PKR 450,000-600,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience Required: 5+ years (including 3+ years in leadership or management)

The Business Unit Manager (Design) will lead all operations of the Lahore-based team. The role involves managing design and data coordination services, ensuring financial performance, team development, and compliance with international standards
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD and construction/fabrication design, coupled with leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to align local operations with global objectives
Lead and manage the Lahore-based design, drafting, and data management teams
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with group-wide objectives.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and monthly reporting
Implement and maintain business processes and quality management systems
Build and sustain a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture
Liaise with UK/EU management teams to align project deliverables, schedules, and KPIs.
Recruit, train, and mentor local staff to support business growth.
Represent the company locally with professionalism and integrity
Travel internationally (UK/EU) as required for meetings, coordination, and training.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant industry, including 3+ years in a leadership or management position
Strong technical understanding of AutoCAD design processes in steelwork, fabrication, or construction
Proven experience managing financial and operational performance
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written); proficiency in local language is a plus.
Must be able to travel internationally (UK/EU) without restriction.
