The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Lead country-level operations across telecom, tech, infrastructure, and other business lines
Drive strategic planning, P&L management, and long-term growth initiatives
Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams for peak performance
Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and global business standards
Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation and expansion
What You Bring:
10+ years leadership experience, including in telecom and multi-sector environments
Strong business acumen with a proven record of driving revenue & operational success
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Experience managing diverse teams and large-scale operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred
Proven experience in managing P&L and complex business ecosystems
Familiarity with local market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends
