Your Role and Impact
The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling ViewSonic’s overall business operations in Mexico, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This role provides strategic direction across sales, marketing, operations, and partner ecosystem development, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall country strategy, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to expand market share and strengthen brand presence across Mexico.
- Own full P&L accountability, including revenue targets, forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
- Lead the overall sales strategy and channel development, building and strengthening relationships with distributors, resellers, and key enterprise accounts to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Oversee local marketing strategy and execution, including brand building, demand generation, and partner programs, ensuring effective use of marketing investments and measurable return on investment.
- Ensure operational excellence across forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and business processes, optimizing efficiency and maintaining alignment with corporate standards and controls.
- Support the General Manager by leveraging in-country market expertise to help shape and refine business strategy, ensuring strong alignment across all functions and effective communication throughout the organization.
- Serve as a key representative of the organization at trade shows, industry events, and executive meetings, leading high-level presentations and product training initiatives as required.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, or general management within the technology or consumer electronics industry
- Proven success managing country-level operations or large territories, including revenue growth and market expansion
- Strong experience in channel sales, distribution, and partner ecosystem management
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage financial performance (P&L)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

- Travel 30% in the assigned region
- Environment This is a field sales position; the environment is usually on the road visiting customers and prospects. Home office is the standard office environment.
