We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Country Manager to lead and grow our operations in Madagascar. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of delivering high-quality medical and operational services to key clients in a fast-paced, international environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As Country Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee all operations across Madagascar, ensuring excellence in service delivery
• Manage key client relationships and act as the primary interface with stakeholders
• Drive operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple sites
• Support business growth, tenders, and new project mobilizations
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and International SOS policies
• Collaborate with regional teams across Africa to align strategy and execution
• Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in operations / site / supply chain management (5+ years)
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and operational acumen
• Experience in Africa, energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
• English required, French is a strong advantage
